Just wanted to finish the story. Bear Lake lost to Fruitland in their journey to capture their third state championship. Fruitland was a very good team. We just couldn't get our offense going. Nate hit another home run in the game but with no one on base it didn't change the outcome of the game. But we are still very proud of them. They are a great group of talented boys. Nate isn't done! He will be playing American Legion this summer and then heading off to play at College of Eastern Utah. So we will still be watching ball games.
