Bear Lake takes 4rth at American Legion State Tournament

We just had a good and emotional weekend watching Nate play his last baseball games with the Bear Lake team in Boise at the American Legion A State Tourney. It was very rewarding to see this young team make it to State again. They know how to win. Unfortunately that didn't take them all the way but we are very proud of them. Nate was a very important part of that team. He just doesn't realize how talented he is. He could really be an asset to any team if he would choose to do so. But I am learning that parents are there to watch your kids choose for themselves. It is very difficult for me to do that. I am not so hip on the idea of free agency before the age of 25! But as I told Nate, I will always love you but somedays I don't like you or your choices. I know, pretty harsh. I definately need some work in that department also. Thanks to all of you and your help in raising my kids. Pretty obvious we need all the help we can get!
